I had posted an entry the last time warning people not to get involved with married couple's feud. I ve heard so many stories where a best friend could turn to be an enemy just because she told the wife about the affair of the husband. The case could be vice versa too and I used to wonder why the wife/husband would always listen and accept their spouses' excuses and justifications even when it is a clear cut or caught in the act case.
But now I know why. The reason is because the partner would always want to believe what they want to believe, they want to hang on to every single explanations, justifications, excuses which are all lies most of the times, because if they do not take the "accused" words, they would have to deal with the most difficult situation and might soon have to make a life changing decision. Instead of continuing with any unwanted ugly battles and scenes with the accused, its much better to gulp in everything he/she said and move on...
Case closed.
