Of Green and White

As I was changing the layout of my blog, it struck me the color of the title post and its background might disturb some people.

They would force me to change the color to white and blue or red and white. My blog would be under tight scrutiny .... (hehe as if)

Remember the time they had the cheek to demand Petronas to change its logo to any colors other than green and white ?

And do you know that in Perlis the Pasar Tani's umbrellas are now blue, because the Menteri Besar couldnt walk into the market at the flash of green and white ?


May be sometimes we are afraid of our own shadows ..... but if we re already in the dark , where are the shadows ..??

I'm Ok

No, I'm not crying for someone not to leave me.

No, he is not walking out of me.

When he/she walks out of your life, the last thing you'd want to believe is that he/she doesnt love you anymore.


So its better to blame the other person. Its easier to say your ex is plain heartless, selfish ungrateful prick when you know the actual reason is:

Maybe there is, but its not the kind of love you still have for him/her.


Your world crumbles to pieces, the pain is excruciating, you feel like nothing would be more painful than this, you dont want to live anymore....


but when you open the door, you see that the birds are still flying, the sky is still blue, the music is still on, the children are still laughing, the boy is still calling for old newspaper, your neighbour is still there watering the plants........


....*sigh* life goes on ........

Why Are You Not Smiling

Dont get angry when someone is being rude or arrogant.

People can be rude and arrogant because they are afraid. They are actually insecure .... afraid that we might discover and sense their insecurities, so they think by being haughty they can feel good about themselves and thus hide their vulnerability.

People who are confident of themselves who acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses need not have to be rude, arrogant, conceited, show off sombong blagak nak mampus.......... Now, these are the kind of people who smile at you on the street when they dont even know you.

After Midnight

Its after midnight, almost 2.00 am when we heard the cats fighting outside, screaming and meowing at each other.

.... and we both looked out the window.... the fight disturbed us.

.... he couldnt tell me what the fight was all about ....


We got back to the bed.. and I continued writing... and he continued licking*

I looked at him and smile ... and heaved a relieved sigh...
